I purchased tickets online, but now I can’t find them.
When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Can’t find it? Click here to have the confirmation email resent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Do you have any military discounts?
Yes. Friday, February 23th all active and retired military, first responders, nurses and teachers get one FREE admission ticket with identification.
Is there parking near the venue?
Yes. There is ample parking at the venue.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there is a concessions area on the show floor. Other restaurants are located within the shopping area.
Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, there are machines in the lobby area.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, there are a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available at the Show Office. We will require a valid driver's license in exchange for a wheelchair.
Is there childcare at the show?
Childcare will not be provided.
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
Please check our online exhibitor list for an alphabetical listing of company name and booth number. Also at the show you will receive a free show guide, which contains exhibitor listings sorted by name and by product category. If you can't find an exhibitor you are looking for at the show, please visit our info booth on the show floor.
What can I expect to see at the show?
Aside from being able to shop from over 250 exhibitors under one roof, please visit the Show Features page of the website for a full listing of our show features.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, the seating for celebrity performances is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between 3 and 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show. Plan to spend ample time with our many and varied exhibitors - they are a valuable resource for your home improvement questions.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show. Only registered services animals are welcome.
